Our services require a minimum of 3 to 4 months advance notice to ensure that we have sufficient products available for your guests. This lead time allows us to prepare the desired quantity of jewellery pieces to meet your specific needs and preferences. Booking well in advance ensures that we can provide you with the best possible service and selection for your special occasion.

No, the booking fee of 20% is not refundable. In the event of cancellations, the booking fee will be retained by us. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

- Initial payment: 20% upon booking to secure the date (booking fee)
2. Midway Payment
- Second payment: Another 40% payment is due approximately halfway between the booking and the wedding date.
3. Final Payment
- Remaining balance: The final 40% payment is due a week before the wedding

Yes, for weddings, our minimum order quantity is 50, which coincides with our Basic Package. This ensures that we can provide our quality products and services effectively while meeting the needs of your event.

Yes, you can pick up the customized jewellery before the wedding. Just include your request in the contact form above when reaching out to us. You can provide all the engraving details, and we'll schedule a convenient time and place for you to collect the items. Alternatively, we can also drop off the pre-customized jewellery on your wedding day.
